Supported the acquisition and conversion of a water-bottling facility into a major tobacco processing and export operation, helping coordinate local investment and project requirements.
Macadamia Farming Investment
Supported acquisition and project planning for a large-scale macadamia farming investment, including land-related coordination and early-stage development considerations.
Solar Energy Development
Supported development coordination for a utility-scale solar project in eastern Uganda, contributing local project support and coordination through development stages.

Experience supporting property development and construction projects, from site identification and feasibility through planning, contractor coordination, materials sourcing and implementation oversight.
Tourism Operations, Safari Lodges & Hospitality Development
Supported the establishment and development of tourism operations, including safari lodges, hospitality ventures and tourism-related facilities. This involved identifying suitable sites, coordinating land and site assessments, supporting the process of obtaining relevant permits and approvals, developing lodge concepts and coordinating architectural and interior design, and overseeing lodge construction and project delivery in collaboration with qualified local professionals.
